Placed order on 4/25/25
Placed order on 4/25/25. It is now 5/25/25 and they cannot tell me where my merchandise is. Trying to contact them is futile, sent 2 emails on the website and tried to communicate via their chatbox with no results. This is horrible customer service and yet they sent me an email asking for a review. How can I review something I don't have? But they sure took my money right away.
