Dishonest and unprofessional--and site is still wrong.
The 15-20 day shipped ended with no communication from RS. I asked for ETA and got nothing. The product team is dishonest and unprofessional: I ordered 1 x 100W and 1 x 200W power supply units for two different rooms. RS tells me the 200W power supply is really 150W but they'll send two, so it's okay. I tell them they are for different rooms, so NOT okay, but I'll pick different lights to lower the total wattage. Five days later they tell me that 5W lights are not "supported", but (original) 10W lights are (?!). THEY HAVE NEVER SEEN THE DESIGN. It's just track lighting, not rocket science. I suspect that RS is having supply problems, but instead of being honest about it, they chose to stall with B.S. excuses and idiotic suggestions.
