Wonderful experience
I bought a Vintage Chanel bag at a luxury second hand shop and wanted the bag to be authenticated. Zeko’s Authentification came up again and again in posts recommending Chanel authenticators, and I couldn’t find a single person complaining/being skeptical of the accuracy of her inspections and verdicts. Some complained about slow communication and rudeness, but I was after the most accurate authentication so I didn’t care about those reviews. I bought the Certificate service and got an email explaining what pictures I needed to take. I sent them to Riri, Zeko’s assistant, on WhatsApp and she asked for a few more specific ones. Once submitted she told me I’d hear from Zeko in 24 business hours. The next day Zeko emailed me the certificate - the bag was authentic! Both Riri and Zeko were friendly and helpful, not rude or slow at all. Zeko actually told me that if I had any questions regarding the bag I could ask. I had one follow up question which she answered immediately, even though she didn’t have to. Would definitely recommend her!
