Really painful to deal with. They do not mention anywhere prior to paying that they need all clear protection removed, this needs to be agreed to in advance before paying, they message you in the middle of the night, after buying the tool and taking hundreds of photos most of them clear over days they say they need more photos. Most stressful and painful authentication process online I have ever experienced. They haven’t bothered reviewing all my photos, why bother when they can just ask for more again and again after sending hundreds.. such a waste of time buying the tool and wasting hours of my time and waking me up. I very strongly advise against using use their online service, they might be better in person, although if you value your sanity I would not use them for online authentication

Our authentication process is intentionally strict because today’s counterfeit market is unlike anything the luxury industry has seen before. Master counterfeit Chanel bags are flooding the market and many now pass basic inspections, standard photos, and even some authentication systems.
For this reason, we require highly specific images, including removal of protective films in certain cases, macro details, natural lighting, and multiple angles. This is not done to inconvenience clients. It is done because authenticity cannot be determined responsibly from limited or obstructed details.
Requesting additional photos does not mean previous photos were ignored. It means the inspection was thorough enough to identify areas that required closer analysis before issuing a final authenticity decision. We would rather spend hours reviewing details and ask for more evidence than provide an inaccurate result on an item worth thousands of dollars.
Communication may occur at different hours due to the time difference between the UK and the USA, that’s out of my control.
