Working with Zeko has been one of the BEST customer experiences I’ve ever had in my entire LIFE. She literally has saved me close to $20K so far, and I can’t recommend her enough. Her attention to detail is incredible!! The photo-taking guide she provided was extremely thorough, and she even asked me to retake certain photos to ensure everything could be assessed accurately. One of the many things that makes Zeko special is that she didn't just authenticate (yes/no) and leave it at that. What impressed me most was how clearly and thoroughly she explained her findings. She took the time to walk me through specific issues, including evidence that the bag had been fully repainted and altered in ways inconsistent with Chanel’s repair standards. She also pointed out details that showed the bag was not “new” as it had been advertised and even noted it could be declined for future Chanel servicing. That level of explanation gave me so much clarity and confidence in a stressful situation. She also went above and beyond by helping guide me through my PayPal refund process, even though her role was technically complete. I bought my first Chanel secondhand and wanted to make sure it was authentic. I purchased the authentication services and was contacted within a few hours with instructions and pictures I need to upload. I had a few addition pictures that I needed to submit after the first round, but overall the process was smooth and fast! I just purchased a 1995 jumbo (my dream bag) from Zeko. It arrived today and I cannot express enough how happy I am with my purchase. The bag itself is gorgeous and in amazing condition. I wasn’t expecting the box, dust cloth, camellia or care card, which was just the cherry on top of everything! Zeko’s communication was excellent. She’s very responsive and extremely kind and professional. You can tell she really cares about her process, inventory and clients. Highly recommend.

Thorough, responsive & efficient
I just received my certificate of authenticity from Zeko on a Chanel I purchased from a personal shopper that I had not used before. I ordered a macro lens, and I took my photos based off of the photo link that was emailed to me as examples of how she wanted the photos taken. She’s very thorough and asks for very precise detailed pictures. That was the hardest / longest part - taking my pics and trying to fit my phone and the macro lens into a mini Kelly 🤪 Zeko / assistant were very responsive and helpful. I received my answer and certificate in less than 24 hrs. I am relieved. Thank you Zeko for your help and expertise!

Zeko’s authentication service was a breeze to work with. She is so detail oriented and her turnaround time was super fast, within a few hours of me submitting all the pictures with her assistant. I wanted to have a peace of mind with a brand new seasonal Chanel bag that I purchased from a reseller and it already came authenticated from the reseller, but I wanted a second opinion from Zeko.
