At times I wanted to rip my head off for all the pictures and angles needed for the authentication process with macro lens but it’s 10000% worth it (you also can send it to them directly). The attention to detail and up to date knowledge is well worth the cost, and guarantees the best authentication process ever. I went with Zeko to authenticate my first preloved Chanel because I have heard a lot of great things about her across multiple platforms, and her posts demonstrate her deep knowledge in Chanel. Riri in Zeko’s team who is so sweet and patient, helped me to get all the photos ready. The amount of photos required from the bag just show how meticulous Zeko is when comes to authentication, so I had no complaints (I actually submitted more than I should).
