This is my second time using Zeko! I initially purchased the certificate service for a pre loved Chanel I recently purchased. Due to some imperfections, she asked me to mail the purse for an in-house inspection to be sure of its authenticity. She was very thorough and provided the additional service free of charge which I really appreciated. Although I would have certainly paid for the service for peace of mind. Zeko and her team were always great at communicating with any updates. I would highly recommend her for any and all Chanel authentication!
