At times I wanted to rip my head off for all the pictures and angles needed for the authentication process with macro lens but it’s 10000% worth it (you also can send it to them directly). The attention to detail and up to date knowledge is well worth the cost, and guarantees the best authentication process ever. I purchased a bag that is new, and most authenticator struggled to make a finding because they simply are not up to date with the latest details in today’s market. I highly recommend because Zekos knowledge for Chanel bags, from all seasons is worth every penny. I would 100% be using them every time I buy a preloved bag moving forward.
