Really slow, hard to track
I wanted to like this experience, but the communication was really slow. Customer service usually took about 72 hours to respond (sometimes even longer). My order came in about a week, but the legs were wrong. They did send the correct ones after I reached out, but it took another four weeks for them to arrive. The product itself is fine
