This company looks like a scam
This company looks like a scam. I bought a printer for my son, but he didn’t like it; I didn’t even unpack it. On the same day, 6 October, I wrote to them about a return, but they misled me. Today, 9 October, I only received the shipping label yesterday. I’ve written to them asking where the courier is and when they’ll collect it, but there’s been no reply within 7 working days. I can’t wait that long. I want my money back, not their rubbish. I’ve already opened a dispute and never want to have anything to do with them again in my life. They’re a bunch of con artists, and they’re even asking for £25 back – which is what I paid for extra insurance. It’s just ridiculous.
