Lovely Colour - Good Customer Service
Used for the first time recently - loved the colour and the way my hair felt soft afterwards. However, the colour didn't quite cover my grey roots along my parting 100%. Contacted my colourist, she apologised and immediately gave me a credit on my next colour set. My colour has now been tweaked. Really can't fault the customer service and looking forward to using my newly-tweaked colour!
