Weak signal, professional/knowledgeable representatives
Service personnel are very knowledgeable and easy to reach and they try their best to help, but to charge $20 for a week of premium service and it takes me over an hour to watch a 30 minute show because of all the buffering makes it a waste of money. All I can do is email and Google a few things. I wish I could get my money back.
