The absolute worst experience
The absolute worst experience. Proof came several days later (not the 1-3 days they advertise); the image was not what I asked for at all. Made requested revisions which took another 2 days to complete. This time the image was clearly a copy/paste and the head faced the opposite way of the body. Requested revision. Two days later I get a new image that is basically the same thing except the hair looked different. Again, requested a revision and got back an image that looked like a blend of shrek and my husband. Asked for a refund. Was told I could only get a 80% refund because of all the hard work their “artists” did. Never again.
