Be very careful with ordering addresses. Unfortunately mine went to a wrong address (purely my fault) which could have been fixed had I received a shipping confirmation. I finally had to email asking where my picture was and then they sent me the information which showed it was returned to them. To reship it they charged me $55 after I had already paid over 200 for the original picture. I won't order from them again because it did not cost $55 to reship it.
Follow up - got a lengthy email response that explained their position on why they could not just resend the returned picture back out. So instead of doing that they put that one in the garbage and sent a new one. What a waste our society has become. I stand by my review and wrote it just to warn you all to double check your addresses and make sure if you do not get a confirmation email to email them sooner than later.

My overall experience has been great. The pictures have been amazing and have received a lot of ooohs and awwws from friends & family. About the only issue I had was getting the edit portion to follow my instructions. Dealing with customer service (Aaron), however, was helpful, pleasant and easy. Response time has been great. I'm also very pleased with the delivery time. I got them much more quickly than I thought I would

Worst customer service ever! Paid an extra $19 for express shipping to have my order in time for father's day. I never received tracking information.So I contacted them and they told me that they supposedly lost my package but it wouldn't provide me with the initial tracking information to prove it. Instead they apologized for the inconvenience and said they were reprinting it and getting ready to ship it.I told them I wanted to cancel the order.It wasn't gonna be here in time for father's day.And we were leaving for almost a month to visit family in another state and it would be left outside and most likely destroyed with the heavy thunderstorms we were getting. Four days later they emailed me back and told me that they already shipped it out and there was nothing they could do. So they ignored my email for 4 days, and then didn't offer to reimburse express shipping or anything to rectify, the situation. Completely lost my business. Will never purchase anything from them again.

Unfortunately, the idea of having a great father’s gift like this initially was great, I received the package, was so excited and gifted to my dad. The picture had three arms, I went to see the canvas in my father’s house and it had three arms. I was so embarrassed and ordered 3 orders. I just received a respond from Aaron stating that it’s my fault- Regarding the issue with the three arms on the canvas, I understand your disappointment. Our AI system is designed to create previews of your orders, allowing you to see the final product before confirming your purchase. While we strive to catch any discrepancies, it is not humanly possible to identify every issue. We encourage our customers to carefully review their previews before placing an order. I asked for a redo of the product but they are charging me for the materials. This is not fair, I think that the picture that I submitted was right and the picture that was delivered had three arms. Don’t trust the product.

I have purchased several orders from Turn Me Royal. I have always liked them when they did their designs themselves. Ever since they started using AI, the pictures look ridiculous and nothing like the photos you send in. I'm done ordering from them.

Trash this is a scam they took my money…
Trash this is a scam they took my money i sent a picture of my wife and they sent a picture of some one else because the picture looked nothing like my with. So they tryed this like 4 times every time getting worse. I told them i wanted a full refund that i was all set. And they refused and at the end stole 30 or 40% of my money there theives and you can do better with chat gpt for way cheaper.

I love the photo I ordered from turnmeroyal.com I uploaded a face snapshot, and they merged it into my chosen background and further set the expression to blend into the chosen setting while keeping the picture identifiable. My photo is stately and looks regal mounted on the wall.

I was iffy about this site but...
The result was fantastic! The canvas was a good quality and the picture appeared just as it did when generated online. Shipping was faster than expected - primarily because I received it without ever receiving a shipping notification. It took about a week and was a very welcome surprise.

Two photos were used for two separate orders. Both turned out amazingly lovely. I used a couple of changes for each. The recipients, both couples, absolutely loved them. Continuously looking back and enjoyed, exclaimed, unbelievably impressed.
You do have to remember to use the best photos, well lit, to create the best insertion into the selected setting. Changing is just for very minimal adjustments. As an artist myself, it’s a very exceptional process with a fun creation!

Montana Cow folks.
In the beginning I doubted that this picture would be good. But I gave it a try. It was for Fathers Day for my husband who has everything. The portrait arrived prior to the date specified and it looked so amazing! When I had questions, customer service contacted me by the next day. It came wrapped very well thankfully because USPS didn’t handle the box with complete care.

I ordered this and as soon I ordered I realized I forgot to add my husbands daughter. Less than 5 minutes after I ordered I tried contacting them to add his daughter. 2 weeks later I get message notification that ordered was mailed. I emailed them again about it. They informed me order was mailed and I would have to order and pay for another framed picture. Over $150. I told them if they had checked their emails like a regular company they would see I tried to change order the same day I ordered it.
I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN AND I WOULD ADVISE OTHERS NOT TO ORDER FROM THIS ‘Company’

No response from customer service…
No response from customer service regarding my order. Order status says that the package has shipped but it’s been 5 days with no tracking updates. Carrier claims they haven’t received the package. Will not order from this company again. I wish I would have looked into this company prior to ordering. Moving forward, i will be sure to let everyone know not to order from this company. Customer service is a zero.

Poor first experience with a positive update
I imported a photo and chose a theme. I was provided with a sample which was good but needed some changes. In the optional field I put in color, pose, no certain accesories ( jewelry, headband, etc) and every sample after that included the unwanted things, wrong color, wrong pose until I ran out of attempts. Would have to pay in order to get more attempts or sign up to get continual nagging emails. Sent them an email and never heard back.
Update: They reached out to me and provided 20 additional credits. I again attempted the process by inputing my options first then letting the program create the portrait and it produced exactly what I wanted. I bought that one then added a 2nd one the same way and it took 2 passes to get a perfect one. Haven't received the final portraits on canvas yet but they made things right so far.
