Exploitation and taking advantage of customer. I booked the ticket 8 months ago (May 24, 2025) and paid it. After 8 months I received an email that my scheduled train is not available and I have to pay additional amount, which is doubling the price. If money is taken 8 months ago, then ticket should be issued at that time.
