The worst delivery company in the Philippines. I strongly advise against using Ninja Van, especially if you are ordering through Buy and Ship Philippines using their Buy for You option. Avoid both companies at all costs as NinjaVan is Buy and Ship PH are partners. I paid over ₱65,000 for their services, yet my parcel has been sitting in Ninja Van's warehouse since May 28 with no progress. The tracking status remains stuck at "for sorting," and there have been no meaningful updates or attempts to deliver. This is a complete waste of hard-earned money. I will be filing a formal complaint against them.
