Great shirts, poor service
I really like the quality of their shirts. Unfortunately their shipping process is atrocious (it didn't used to be). Maybe it is the tariffs (since these come from China), but I can no longer recommend. My order has supposedly been stuck in LA for over 2 weeks (after passing through customs, according to their tracking). Customer service keeps telling me to be patient. I am only 8 hours from LA, this should not take that long to get to me. It feels like customer service is just giving me the runaround. So, I guess I can no longer recommend this company, even though the product quality is very good. So sad.
