Frauds. Advertised some tickets, then when filling in information says that the fare is held for 20min, even got a countdown timer. Opened an incognito tab, saw my itinerary had gone up in price. Tried to complete this "held" booking but the last step (payment page) constantly fails. Asks you to reload or restart search. Yeah, convenient for them. I call this fraudulent. Wanted to start a chat, but needed to create an account. Get this, they can't send me a verification email within the 10min I had left in my booking window to login and start a chat. Frauds.
