0 star if possible. Worst experience ever with the refunds. 2 months and yet refunds not received. Ridiculous customer support response. They will ghost you. No replies or updates. 2 tickets opened. 1 indicates as resolved just to close KPI and yet refunds not done yet. 1 more ticket not picked up for past 2 months. Worst car sharing company ever.
