Maggie is AMAZING!! I am so so happy with my jewelry piece. They worked so fast, made it exactly as I asked, beautifully and with such thoughtful detail and craftsmanship. Maggie was so patient and she is such a clear communicator, personable and understanding. She took time with me and never made me feel bad for excessive questions or changing my mind. She was upfront about everything, honest, kind, humorous and straightforward. I really like her sweet personality and good nature, and just am so in love with the piece she and her team created. Shipment was unbelievably fast, took like 3 days from China to USA. Thank you sooo much Maggie and team at Tianyu Gems!! The piece was better than I ever imagined, everything I hoped and more. Just absolutely gorgeous work!!
