Will not be ordering from this company again. The wigs are decent quality, I’ve purchased two from them. Although one was advertised as 100% human hair, but strands of it melted when being curled. My issue is with how unprofessional they are. Their website states that they have a “no reason needed” return policy as long as it’s within a certain time window, is unworn, and in the original packaging. I meet those requirements yet I have been going back and forth with them for over a month trying to return a wig. They even went as far as saying they would be fired if I returned my wig because it was “too much money”. They hassled me into accepting a replacement wig with a partial refund for the original. Still waiting on both. Absolutely ridiculous. UPDATE: they asked me three times to remove my previous reviews. Arguing that a return isn’t always the best option. It is when the customer meets all of their listed requirements and WANTS to do a return? I STILL have not received a partial refund despite them receiving the original wig almost two weeks ago. Do not order from this company unless you’re willing to spend months going and back and forth with them if you’re dissatisfied.
