Traveluro is inhuman and worst - they don’t consider medical emergencies - don’t book from them
I booked a hotel from many vendors - Traveluro is worst. My father is hospitalized in another country and I requested to cancel my booking and refund my money for genuine reasons with all support medical appointments and documents. They didn’t help. Even hotel said they are good to cancel the booking but travers didn’t reply. They don’t have humanity - they just need money and don’t consider medical emergencies.
