This is the first time I used Ovago, I was very skeptical about it. Was it a legit platform for plane ticket ? Then, how can they afford to have such a good real-person, over-the-phone customer service ? Until Gany, the representative who helped me secured a ticket to a second tier city in China 3 days before the departure day, I found my earlier worry is unnecessary. Gany is throughout, polite, patience and fast responding. I would recommend Gany to anyone who love good customer service. Oh, the ticket price i paid is comparable to other online platforms.
