Bought a recliner
Bought a recliner. Bought the warranty. Enjoyed the chair for a few years. The power foot rest stopped working. After reviewing the issue and an attempt to fix the chair, my chair was replaced with a new chair. The customer service and communications were great and very helpful. I got the warranty on the new chair because I know any issue will be resolved to my satisfaction. thx to Elaine for the help!!!
