Awful customer experience
They take forever to actually get stuff to you if you don't want to pay an arm and a leg. Be careful if you order again and say you need to upload new artwork. They will attach your old artwork without asking you and claim you uploaded it. All this happens automatically and then they place the order without you being able to do anything.
