Fraudulent Company Refuses Refund Despite Clear Policy
I placed an order with this company, but after waiting 10 days with no updates, I tried to cancel it. They ignored my cancellation request and went ahead with the shipment. Shockingly, the order arrived two months later, at which point I no longer needed it. As per their own return policy stated on their website, if a customer refuses delivery and the product is returned to them, a refund should be issued. I refused the delivery, and the package was sent back to them. I contacted them for the refund, and although they repeatedly promised to process it, they never did. I’ve called and emailed multiple times, but every time, I get the same false assurances. It’s extremely frustrating to deal with such dishonest and unprofessional behavior. It’s shameful how companies like this continue to exploit customers, knowing full well that there are no strict consumer protection laws holding them accountable. These kinds of businesses should face serious consequences for such unethical practices.
