Who Does Business Like This?
#1, starting question to consumer with "what went wrong this time" is very worrisome. Most folks who are looking at this product are desperate to help their dog and themselves in some instances....I have never, ever, had my account billed until the day of shipment, which, for me, hasn't happened 10 days later. No response to my email inquiry. For all of those who choose to "buy American " this organization is shoddy at best. Very disappointed 😞 Hopefully, I'll receive the product, until then, I feel like I was scammed.
