Payment Deducted, No Pin, 3-Day Wait To refund
The site works well, but buying TNG reload pins is frustrating. My orders always get auto-cancelled for no reason, even though Grab deducts the payment. Then I have to wait about 3 days for a refund. Really inconvenient! please fix this!
