We've had a really good experience with this company. I have a satellite system with my RV. We purchased Tengo Internet in order to stream on Demand etc. My Dish box would not recognize the internet service. When I called tech support, Michael walked me through all the steps in order to find the internet, reset the box and install the internet on my satellite box.
