I never received help no one answered their phone I tried lots of times. My first phone worked great then I had to charge it the phone wouldn't charge. I had to purchase a replacement phone for 83 dollars it was locked from December 28,2025 til January 12 2026 I tried over n over sending messages they ask for the same info over n over. I now want a refund but they only 15 days from delivery to return so I'm outb$83 dollars
