Do not use Rail Ninja to purchase tickets
Rail ninja's customer service is non existing if you have any issues with the tickets. They do not refund any modification of tickets if the ticket is not issue properly. Tickets error was unable to be solved and had to buy a separate ticket from station manually. It was a stressful event due to the time constraints of the arriving train.
