This is a scam. My package was never delivered but ‘customer service’ keeps saying package is delayed and making excuses and will not refund my money. Any legitimate business would cancel the order and refund the customer. They are saying I can be refunded after I receive the package and ship it back…it’s been over a month and I never received the package. Definitely a scam
Ordered my shirts about 5-6 weeks ago as gifts for the last day of school. Still haven’t received them. There is only a support email address that basically says customs is to blame and to be patient. Mind you, I didn’t reach out until about a month had passed and never received an update about the “delay” of my package. I STILL haven’t even received a tracking number and school ends in a week for me. Unacceptable!
