Had a few issues from the manufacturer when the sofa was delivered, but it was no fault of Sofas and Sectionals. The customer support from Sarah was top notch, and while it took some months to work everything out and get shipments from the manufacturer, everything is now fine and I'd have no issues recommending them in the future!
