I ordered a top for my girlfriend using the sizing guide, which turned out to be a little snug. I reached out to customer service, and they immediately shipped a replacement of the next larger size, without requiring me to return the original order. They have been responsive to emails and sent tracking info for me to monitor progress. Now the sizing guide leaves a little to be desired, but the customer service has been excellent.
