Ordered 2 dresses
Ordered 2 dresses, waited 6 weeks and they send me a porcelain canister that says "Cocaine" on it. Are you kidding me? I thought it was a prank gift. Then I saw that my pinklaura order was delivered on the tracking, what? where? so I contacted them and told them what happened and they wont refund until I give them pictures of a label that does not exist on the package to figure out what happened, not my problem, refund my money. I have been asking for a refund for about 2 weeks now. They have lost my business and they want me to order again from them. NO WAY! horrible experience....
