I booked my tickets with rail.ninja because RENFE was not offering a train at the same time. I was surprised by the high price but couldn't find another way to get the same ticket so I booked. A few weeks later, rail.ninja contacted me to say that the train I had booked didn't exist. Quelle surprise! They offered me a ticket for a train I could have booked on RENFE a month earlier for 40 euros less. Of course they did not offer to refund the price difference, so I cancelled. At least they let me do that, but that was only because they sold me a ticket that never existed. They would let me cancel just because I realized that I had unnecessarily overpaid. Please explain to me what rail.ninja offers that RENFE does not, beyond much higher prices and delayed ticket confirmation. They would have been much cheaper directly through RENFE but you I couldn't cancel. If I'd booked with RENFE directly I'd have saved money and have tickets by now. Shortly after posting this review
