Kiwi.com Is a Scam – 100% Refund Is a Lie Do NOT book with Kiwi.com. This company is a straight-up scam. I bought two tickets that were clearly marked 100% refundable if canceled at least 48 hours before departure. I canceled more than 48 hours in advance, followed every single rule, and they are still refusing to refund my money. Their so-called “refund policy” is just a marketing trick to lure people in. Once they have your money, good luck getting any of it back. Customer service is a complete joke – unhelpful, evasive, and clearly trained to wear you down until you give up. They hide behind vague excuses and don’t even try to explain why they’re breaking their own terms. This is a predatory company that takes advantage of travelers. They lie about refunds, ignore fair cancellation requests, and treat customers like garbage. I wouldn’t trust Kiwi.com to book a bus ride, let alone a flight. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy being robbed. Shame on Kiwi.com for scamming honest people and refusing to honor their own policies. I’ll be reporting them everywhere possible.
