Overcharges
Operates websites which sound like official rail websites and overcharges tourists - I paid 2x for my ktx ticket in Korea; Update: After posting this review they reached out to refund the overcharge so I am revising my review from 1* to 3*. Would hv appreciated if they did so upfront and without 3mth of back and forth. Hope they can be more transparent on pricing in future, thanks
