Still Waiting for the Upgrades They Promised
This is the second rent increase I’ve received, and honestly, I’m struggling to see what’s improving. Every time it’s the same excuse about upgrades, but the facility tells a different story. No visible renovations, no added amenities, and still no garbage cans or dumpsters on site if you want to clear out your unit or dispose of anything. Even the customer service has declined. If you're going to keep raising rates, there should be clear improvements to match. Right now, it feels like loyal customers are being charged more for the same experience.
