Very misleading company bio Company is not based as claimed in the US
My order which contained zero personalized items took 45 days to arrive. While the shirts were graphically pleasing The scaling modle the use for plus sized garments is hideous. The head opening barely fit my teens head and the shirts cut resembles a sac with arms more than a shirt. I communicated several times with customer service and never recieved an answer beyond AI despite asking for an agent as it directed me to. That forced me to social media where I did finally seem to get a human and a small 20% due to my package still being in LA for over 30 days. my biggest issue is not that my items came from China. I have a closet full of BloomChic and many Temu dodads. My issue is they state they are a company based in the Midwest that got started during covid and hand screen print their items to order which is why shipping can take up to 15 days. These items aren't custom unless you request a name on certain customizable designs.They are mass produced. Pulled off a bin and shipped.My order was boxed and scanned in a s day later. My items from this american company then shipped from China with tracking only suppoted in the mandarin language. No English translations. Then this slow AF transatlantic shipping company sent the item after bearly 30 days to Newark, Then passed my home in Central Florida, to Miami, and then back 200 miles north to Orlando. The fiscal waste in that is judt mind boggling And added nearly a week to the ship time. They had an Orlando hub, But passed it to.send it to Miami. So you order thinking your getting an item from an American company shipping from the Midwest only to find your been served a big stink pooh lie forwhich you have to make endless contacts to AI bots about and a x9mpany that has your money and won't cancel your order despite those lies becuse the items have shipped with their bargain basement bs shipping company. save youself some time and lies. See a shirt you like. Look for it on temu.Or red bubble. You'll get it faster pay the same money and know your dealing with companies that are unapologetically from china but can reply to a customer service inquiry. You'll be happier.
