My experience with Airpaz was very disappointing. I booked a flight and my payment was accepted. Afterwards, I was informed that my booking could not be completed because the airline fare had increased before the ticket was issued. As a result, I lost the fare I had originally found and now have to change my travel plans. I understand that airline prices are dynamic, but accepting a customer's payment before confirming that the ticket can actually be issued creates an unpleasant experience. Customer support initially replied with standard explanations about fare changes. When I politely asked for my case to be escalated to a manager for review, I stopped receiving responses. To their credit, they are processing a full refund, but the overall experience has left me with little confidence in using Airpaz again. Based on my experience, I would recommend booking directly with the airline whenever possible.
