I would never recommend to book the hotel with anything with this agency. As I have been contacting them for several days to get a refund and they always said waiting for 24-48 hrs. I have been waiting for over 4-5 days they stil do not even give me any answer even tho the real hotel already helped me talk with them but the ignorance from this company is too high.
