Using Apple OS Device to Create a Subscription Plan
I created a login profile with Piktochart but had difficulty trying to sign up for a Business Plan using my iPad M4 13". Unfortunately, the A.I. Bot could not understand what I was saying so I decided to write to a human instead. The person who replied (Daniela Ost) had worked out that I was using my iPad and suggested using a computer instead as there are compatibility issues with Apple OS devices. I followed Daniela's advice and using my HP Laptop was able to sign up for an annual subscription to the Business Plan. Daniela's response was clear, simply and effective - thank you Daniela. As a suggestion - you may want to put my issue with using an OS device to sign up for a Business Plan as a FAQ on your website help page so your A.I. Bot can learn.
