Heartfelt appreciation
I truly appreciated how Ms. Emily helped me with my problem of a defective Trump pen. Though it may have seemed trivial, she was really helpful and gave attention to how the problem could be solved all the way to sending a replacement to my niece who lives in California since I am from the Philippines and ordered through her. I did not expect the caring attention she gave -she has shown me what a great and reliable company you are! Thank you!
