HORRIBLE packaging + Colour mismatch
HORRIBLE packaging - JJ House had delivered my mom's dress in a bad shape. And to our knowledge the colour that was ordered did not match the colour of the dress in the picture at all. Their customer service is so rude and dismissive to their customers.
