Thank you Maggie and Tianyu Gems!
At first glance, I felt nervous trying out an online Jewelry store let alone a non-local. I stumbled upon Tianyu Gems and did some research. Everywhere and everyone rave about how wonderful they are. Which shortly after, I decided to jump the gun and order a ring from them. Maggie their sale rep, took care of my request and provided excellent communications throughout the entire process. The ring I commissioned for was well designed, quickly made with fair pricing, and finally shipped to me extremely fast. I am pleased with the service and extremely happy that Tianyu Gems lived up to their good reputations. I will be ordering my custom rings/ jewelry from them in the future without any doubts. And I think you should give them a shot too.
