Buyer Beware – I Will Never Shop Here Again
I’m extremely disappointed with Baltic Born and will never be shopping here again. Be warned: they do not issue refunds under any circumstances — only store credit. This was not made clear at checkout, and it feels intentionally deceptive. I placed an order expecting a standard return process like any reputable retailer. Only after trying to return the item did I discover the harsh and inflexible return policy buried in the fine print. Had I known upfront that I’d be stuck with store credit, I never would have made the purchase. Their lack of transparency and customer-first values is a huge red flag. There are too many great companies out there with fair policies and better customer service — save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.
