Went to Bedok branch today at 2.45 pm Bad experience with the client service personal . Instead of asking the service he can provide , keep say Ng cannot gaurantee service for my device intended . Wonder if he truly trained in customer servuce ? Worst , ask why 3pm says close if stated 8pm , he says his lunch time .. very good servuce hor ? Kns
