SCAMMER BREEDING PLATFORM – WORST PLATFORM EVER, ZERO GUARANTEE. GOT SCAMMED ON THIS PLATFORM WITH THE WORST COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT
0STAR 0STAR 0STAR I made a purchase for a Clash of Clans account on Zeusx.com from a seller named S_Store🛒. The seller provided an account that did not match the picture shown. I immediately asked the seller for a refund. I also submitted a refund request through Zendesk support provided by the platform. About an hour later, the seller suddenly claimed the account password had been changed by me. I DIDN’T CHANGE ANYTHING. The password was changed just around 1 minute before the seller tried to log in — such a coincidence, right? If I really wanted to change the password, I would have done it earlier. Then the seller acted shady and said, “Check my reviews?” I understand some sellers might scam, but the real problem is the platform’s customer support — absolutely the worst I’ve ever seen. They took over 24 hours just to respond with a bullshit reply. I provided so much clear evidence and explained everything, yet after another 24 hours, their only response was: “Regarding the delivery terms, we will not issue a refund.” ARE YOU SERIOUS? They completely ignored all the context and evidence. And apparently, their entire support team is just one person replying once a day? WORST PLATFORM EVER. This platform is a breeding ground for scammers, no wonder the Trustpilot rating is so low. And I just checked and saw so many reviews about seller scams in this platform.
