Seriously bad communication
I ordered a Q2 Combo expecting it so delivered at the same time since the website clearly stated in stock. I only received the printer and when I reached out to support they said oops the qidi box will ship in 3-4 weeks. That is not acceptable. I also ordered 10 rolls of PETG over a week ago that said in stock and that hasn't shipped yet either. If this is what we can expect from Qidi, I'll just return it and wait for the Snapmaker U1.
